Submissions are now open. Please see the ++Join++ journal for details.
When submission time is open, post your character's profile in a deviation for the club to link to. Its best to put the profile in the description of the submission with an icon or image as your actually submission. Having the profile in the description allows for links to be clickable. Note the link to the club so we can add it. Always note it to us! If you reply it to a topic we will miss it. Make sure you take out everything in the ( )'s as you fill out your profile. A picture of your character with this submission is preferred. It can be made from a base or traced as long as it is free use and credited to the original maker. Keep in mind submissions for points and missions can not be from bases or traced.
Designation: (The name/title your character goes by)
Appearance: (Here, either provide a drawing of your character in his or her bimedal mode, or write a description of the character. If writing, please be specific so the moderators have a good idea of their appearance.)
Alt Mode: (What they transform into. Link or provide a picture of what their non-bipedal mode looks like. Pictures from google or another site are acceptable, but remember not to put pictures that you did not create on any of your artworks. If your character does not have an "Earth" mode, simply describe or draw their alt to the best of your abilities)
Weapon(s): (What weapons your character has. Even including those integrated onto their body.)
Universe: (It's helpful if we know which tf timeline they're from, i.e. G1, TFA, IDW, etc)
Primary Class Function: (What class are they a part of? Flier? Medic? Guard? [link to classes])
Secondary Class Function: (Currently, you can only have a single class, but in the future you will be required to add in a second class to your profile if you decide to have one.)
Subroutine Function: (Do they have an individual or unique traits you'd like to share? Do they specialize in hacking or reprogramming? Are they a flier who's also transport for other troops?)
Personality: (What's your 'con like? Are they mean? A social introvert? Dumb as a doornail? Tell us about them in a few short paragraphs)
Reason for Joining: (This tells a lot about a con. You don't have to include your character's entire background info, but tell us about the circumstances that led to your character becoming a Decepticon.)
Other: (Is there anything else you think we should know about your con?)
Datapad: (A link to your Journal entry used as a Datapad.)
Members, please note a link to your own journal entry set aside for your character. The datapad should include the name of your Decepticon along with there battle stars and a list of all of their missions or submissions to the club including links to each. Credits will be tallied up in the member directory. Remember, only submissions that do not have OCxCanon and are not traced or made from bases are accepted for credits!

+Frequently Asked Questions+
Q: Is there a minimum required word count we have to reach for their personality/background/etc? Or should we just write until we feel we've covered things?
A: There is no minimum requirement as of yet. We just assumed people would want other people to know enough about their character to fill it out. If there is a problem in the future all the mods will discuss adding a minimum of some form.
